Healthy bread made easy
Good news! Uli has finally made a video showing you how to bake her beloved homemade bread. If you’ve ever had a slice, you know—it’s ridiculously delicious, packed with wholesome ingredients, and unbelievably easy to make.
The best part? Baking this bread at home is just as quick as driving to the grocery store, and it’s so much healthier! No preservatives, no mystery ingredients—just real, nourishing goodness.
Here is all you need to bake healthy bread:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 1/3 cups water
- Mix it and count to 30
- Let it sit for 12 hours
- Mix in flavors and let it sit for 1.5-2 hours
- Heat the oven to 475 F
- Bake for 35 minutes with the lid on
- Bake for 25 minutes with the lid off
