We’ve been there! Despite a lifelong passion for sport and an active lifestyle, we faced several health scares, early warnings, and close calls. Additionally, over the years, excess weight crept in.
However, we took ownership and made changes despite demanding careers. Committing to doubling down on health and wellness, we revamped our exercise routines, diet, and sleep habits and prioritized mindfulness and joy.
We recently shed 30 lbs in 6 months and feel more energetic and happy. In our late fifties, we feel more energized, fitter, and leaner than we did in our mid-20s.
